SMAT / Transit Facility

New construction of a bus transit center. The project includes a play area for  children, a snack bar, and covered seating areas. Also included were 2 acres of  concrete turn around and driveways.

San Miguel Fire Station

This project consisted of the construction of a new fire station facility to service the City of San Miguel. The structure was a metal building with three large fire engine bays and office space.

Morro Bay State Park

The Morro Bay State Park Project consisted of a facility enhancement and site work  improvements, including a new restroom, campground, and museum building.

County Clerk's Building

This project we recently completed and consisted of a two-story new construction  administration building for the Santa Barbara County court system. This was a large  building constructed within a confined area with high end finishes and electrical systems.

Arroyo Grande Swinging Bridge

Complete rebuild of the historic Arroyo Grande swinging bridge that was severely damaged during a winter storm.

William P. Clark Livestock Pavilion

Construction of the new William P. Clark livestock pavilion for the Ventura County  Fairgrounds. At almost an acre in size this tough project was a challenge due to the  water table for the very close Pacific Ocean dwelling at 3 feet
