Construction of a new office complex for the Dunes Center non-profit group.

Pallet Building

Construction of a new metal building to house pallet manufacturing equipment,  offices and loading area. Also included was the complete development of the site &  parking lot area.

Moxie Cafe - Restaurant Construction

Renovation of a metal warehouse into a very popular local eatery.

Drive-through Coffee Kiosk

Renovation of an old building into a drive through coffee kiosk and lunch spot.

Costa De Oro Marketplace

Construction of a wine tasting room and new building for a private owner. Building  included office, outdoor eating area, and architectural woodworking. It also included  a drive thru strawberry station.

Discovery Children's Museum (Non-profit)

Massive renovation of a warehouse building into a Children’s Discovery Museum,  complete with play structures, learning equipment, and a shark tank. The facility was  completed on a tight budget.

Cool Hand Luke's Restaurant

Construction of a new steak house, consisting of a new working kitchen, specialized  equipment, bar, lounge, & dining area, and an immense amount of architectural  woodwork and craft.

Community Cornerstone (Non-profit)

This project consisted of the complete renovation and tenant improvement of a  historic Coca-Cola building in Santa Maria. The new offices are being used by a local  non-profit entity.
